As part of the conversion, you will receive a new debit card with a new look and a new number. Your new card will arrive in the mail before the conversion. A document will be enclosed instructing you on how to activate your new card and reset your PIN on or after March 16. Please continue using your existing debit card until that time as your new cards cannot be used on your account until March 16.
You will need to reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your new card. It can be the same number, or you can change it if you choose. You can reset your PIN through online banking, mobile banking, or by calling the number located on the sticker on your new card.
The new debit cards will have new features:
Remember to update any auto-pay services you have with your new number and expiration date.
