RBAZ Board Welcomes New Member Maggie Sanchez

Republic Bank of Arizona announced it is adding a new member to its board of directors for the first time since 2013. Maggie Sanchez, CEO of Digital Impact will replace outgoing board member Chad Cline.
A dynamic global operator, Sanchez brings extensive executive leadership experience to the board, having helped thousands of businesses of all sizes digitally transform, managed global sales revenues of $40 billion, and led a global portfolio of channel partners that has influenced over $100 billion through ecosystems. She is currently CEO of Digital Impact, a tech and venture capital consultancy focused on driving innovation, mentoring start-up CEOs, and building community partnerships to foster economic development and business growth.
Passionate about building equitable systems for Arizona’s local businesses to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable Arizona economy, she also serves as a strategic advisor for the Arizona Venture Development Corporation and is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence for the Arizona Commerce Authority.

Sanchez is also the Project Director at Harvard Business School, working with scholars, educators, funders, and founders to drive inclusion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and foster wealth creation in diverse communities. She has a BA in Economics and International Relations from Macalester College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
